She hunted Matt Walker across Cambodia. She has a sadistic quality that goes beyond survival instinct into something that reads like genuine pleasure in the chase. The physical strangeness of her movement — the gliding, the unnatural speed — suggests she's been enhanced, possessed, or changed in some way that isn't fully explained. She's more than a human cultist and less than a full demon lord. What exactly she is sits in the uncomfortable space between those categories. She escaped after Ravens Fall.
