Spiced Sweet Potato Pie

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (8 inches)

Steps

  • In a large bowl, whisk the the first seven ingredients until blended. In another bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and cloves; gradually beat into pumpkin mixture until blended.
  • Pour into crust.
  • Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Garnish with whipped topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
