  • 1 cup blanched whole almonds

  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    Spices and Seasonings
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
    Spices and Seasonings
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
    Cereal
  • 1/2 tsp. smokey paprika
    Spices and Seasonings
  • 1 cup whole pecans
    Nuts;Baking
  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter
    Milk, Eggs, Other Dairy
  • 2 cups walnuts
    Nuts;Savory Snacks;Baking

Steps

  • In a small bowl add chili powder, cinnamon, cumin, paprika and salt; set a side.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and maple syrup. Once butter is melted add the nuts and seasonings and mix until all your nuts are covered. Stirring every 30 seconds or so, cook until nuts are fragrant about 6 minutes.Quickly spread out onto prepared baking sheet. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
