Cashew Cardamom Date Balls

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
    Spices and Seasonings
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut coconut flakes
  • 1 cup medjool dates, pitted
    Dried Fruits;Produce
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup raw cashews
    Nuts;Health Foods


  • Combine all ingredients besides coconut in a food processor and process until all ingredients are broken down and well combined (mixture should be crust-like, and stick when pressed together).Form into bite-sized balls.
  • Roll in coconut flakes (Note: It may help to dab balls with water if you are having trouble getting the coconut to stick!)Enjoy!
