Steps

  • Rise and steam broccoli.In saucepan, melt butter over low heat.Gradually stir in cornstarch to make a paste.
  • Add milk and stir until smooth and thickens.
  • Add cheese and stir until melted.
  • Add salt and pepper as desired.
  • Pour sauce over broccoli
