The production Claude Code system we use internally at LLITD LLC. Free, open-source, take what's useful.
What you get
A complete configuration starter for Claude Code — not a wrapper or framework, but a set of battle-tested files you drop into your project and immediately get better results:
- 16 skills — developer, deploy, code-checkin, code-audit, db-manager, agent-child, agent-queue, agent-hygiene, context-hygiene, doc-hygiene, issue-hygiene, ideas, research, style-guide, webmaster, end-session, merge-prs, loose-ends
- 7 session hooks — session injection, unified tool logging, skill tracking, pre-compact snapshots, session-end audits, subagent lifecycle
- 4 internal agents — code-finder, doc-finder, git-search, schema-search
- MCP server reference — generic Knex-based implementation, SQLite default, zero-config
- Monitoring dashboard — React + Express, sessions/agents/queue panels
- 4 working examples — custom hook, custom MCP tool, custom orchestrator, custom skill
- 5 docs — architecture, MCP server guide, prerequisites, quick start, stack adaptation
- Opus 4.7-aware prompting patterns — literal-prompting reference doc, TOON output format guidance, ScheduleWakeup for long-running orchestration
MIT licensed. No support promised — we use this internally and publish it as-is. Issues and PRs welcome.
Want more? JetBrains Bridge Suite
The starter covers the foundation. For deeper AI-IDE integration in JetBrains IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA, WebStorm, PyCharm, Rider, GoLand, and others), the LLITD Bridge Suite picks up where this kit leaves off:
- Terminal Bridge — Agents read, write, and orchestrate multiple terminal sessions inside your IDE
- Project Intelligence Bridge — Agents get live project structure, symbol indexing, file watching
- Run Configuration Bridge — Agents trigger your existing run configs (builds, tests, deploys)
- Notification Bridge — Agents post structured notifications surfaced in your IDE
All four are freemium. The open-source companion server is on npm: bridge-suite-mcp.

About
This kit started life as a paid product. We built it for internal use, polished it through three audit rounds, and planned a Gumroad launch. Instead of selling it, we open-sourced it — the JetBrains Bridge Suite is the paid offering; this starter is what we ship to anyone who wants to see how we use Claude Code.
If it's useful, take it. If you spot something we missed, open an issue.
