EULA Terminal Bridge

Licensor: LLITD LLC ("Licensor", "we", "us")
Plugin: Terminal Bridge (the "Plugin")

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS PLUGIN.

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and LLITD LLC governing your use of the Terminal Bridge plugin for JetBrains IDEs. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.

JetBrains is not a party to this Agreement. This Agreement is solely between you and LLITD LLC.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and your valid license obtained through JetBrains Marketplace, the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Plugin on any number of JetBrains IDEs that you personally operate, in accordance with your license type (subscription or perpetual).
• Use the Plugin for both personal and commercial purposes.

2. License Types

2.1 Subscription License. Grants access to the Plugin and all updates for the duration of your active subscription. Upon expiration or cancellation, your right to use the Plugin ceases unless a fallback license applies.

2.2 Perpetual Fallback License (if applicable). If your license includes a perpetual fallback, you retain the right to use the version of the Plugin available at the time your subscription lapsed, without further updates.

2.3 Free Tier (if applicable). Certain features of the Plugin may be available without a paid license. The Licensor reserves the right to modify which features are included in the free tier at any time.

2.4 Trial Period. A time-limited trial may be offered through JetBrains Marketplace. Trial terms are governed by JetBrains Marketplace policies.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Plugin, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Plugin.
• Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Plugin to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Plugin.
• Use the Plugin to develop a competing product or service.
• Circumvent or disable any license verification or copy protection mechanisms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Plugin, including all code, documentation, design, and associated materials, is the exclusive property of LLITD LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Local Operation. The Plugin operates entirely within your local JetBrains IDE environment. It creates a local HTTP/WebSocket server accessible only on your machine (localhost).

5.2 No Data Collection. The Plugin does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data, telemetry, or usage analytics. All terminal data remains on your local machine.

5.3 Network Access. The Plugin listens on a configurable local port for API requests. You are responsible for securing access to this port within your network environment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLUGIN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL IDE VERSIONS OR CONFIGURATIONS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LLITD LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE PLUGIN, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLUGIN IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

8.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated.

8.2 Your license terminates automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement.

8.3 The Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice.

8.4 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies in your possession.

8.5 Sections 4, 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Plugin and supersedes all prior agreements.

10.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10.4 Assignment. The Licensor may assign this Agreement. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement without prior written consent.

10.5 Amendments. The Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use of the Plugin after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
