Matt Walker discovers an intruder in his church in Phnom Penh - a scarred woman claiming he is essential to her mission. When he attempts to escape, a mysterious Black woman rescues him on a motorcycle, revealing supernatural enemies are hunting him for his blood.

Haatim confronts Nida in an alley, but she is now fully possessed by a demon and barely recognizable—her face scarred and disfigured from demonic possession.

Matt Walker, a Christian expat living in Cambodia for years, has a chance encounter with Carla, a lost American tourist. He helps her get a tuk-tuk ride and is invited to dinner by her and her friends at a local restaurant.

Haatim wakes refreshed and continues searching for Abigail with Savin. They visit markets and restaurants, learning Abigail was last seen near an elephant enclosure and a local church run by Matt Walker, a Christian expat.

Dominick returns to the estate to find it under attack. Power is down, guards are dead, and he discovers a grotesque insectoid creature—a demon-possessed entity—killing guards and staff. He narrowly escapes by freezing it with kitchen fire and hiding in the walk-in freezer.

Haatim arrives in Cambodia after expelling his first demon in Rome. He feels hopeful about saving his sister Nida but is exhausted from travel. His driver Savin takes him to a hotel.

Haatim recovers from his near-fatal encounter with the demon, waking with severe pain and neck trauma. Father Paladina informs him that he successfully banished the demon—a significant breakthrough in his channeling abilities.

Haatim undergoes intensive channeling training with Father Paladina in the basement of an abandoned building, learning to access the Gift through meditation and focus.
