LLITD LLC ("we", "us", "our") wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This refund policy applies to all digital products and subscriptions sold through our website (llitd.com) and third-party platforms including Lemon Squeezy and JetBrains Marketplace.
Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
This includes Claude Code Pro Kit, Ghost CMS themes, boilerplate kits, and other downloadable digital products.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- You must request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- After 14 days, purchases are final and non-refundable.
Subscription Products
This includes MCP server subscriptions, Kit Updates subscriptions, and other recurring-billing products.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
- We do not issue partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- If you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your first payment.
JetBrains Marketplace Plugins
Purchases made through the JetBrains Marketplace are subject to JetBrains' own refund policy. Please contact JetBrains support for refund requests on Marketplace purchases.

Please include your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Payment Processing
Our digital product sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and refund disbursement. Membership subscriptions on llitd.com are processed by Stripe via Ghost CMS.
