Escape

Thomas enters a dark forest where 412 human faces are integrated into tree bark—souls trapped since various years including Rebecca Chen (1987). He recognizes his defining quality: purpose rather than fear. The forest acknowledges his intent to destroy the Network.

Thomas falls into an underground lake and finds a blue-flamed altar on an island. When touched, the blue fire grants superhuman speed and strength but burns him internally. The same guardian returns.

Thomas descends a precisely carved spiral cave toward an underground cavern. He activates the green-flamed checkpoint. A massive tentacled creature rises and attacks on the bridge.

Thomas Crane, an EMT-Paramedic, awakens on a cursed beach with no memory of how he arrived. He recalls his daughter Violet and the Manor (Site 3) he escaped.
