The End Testament - Chapter 20: Stability Report

Three months into Phase Six. Marcus files a 31-page stability report: 17 cases processed (12 de-manifestation with 8 approved, 5 void return all approved), 13 total cessations, running count 1,060. Family acceptance at 67%, zero exploitation attempts, 81% resolution on contested cases.

The End Testament - Chapter 19: Family

Marcus takes a rare day off, his first in ten weeks. Rachel (15 months) is walking and holds the rosary without burning. He visits Lily at her Pilsen apartment; Hope (two and a half months) smiles across all timelines at his arrival and shows him dimensional layers through touch.

The End Testament - Chapter 17: The Override

Marcus contests Heaven's veto before Metatron. God arrives and examines Sarah Mitchell tenderly. Sarah tells God she just wants to sleep. God overrides Heaven's veto, establishing the seismic precedent that the Void is valid for ANY conscious being.

The End Testament - Chapter 16: Sarah Mitchell

Sarah Mitchell, a 73-year-old terminally ill Catholic, requests Void cessation instead of Heaven. Her husband Gerald objects. Heaven exercises absolute veto over her soul via baptismal covenant. Marcus contests the veto and demands God examine Sarah, citing the Reeves precedent.

The End Testament - Chapter 15: Merciful Release

Marcus signs the cessation form at dawn. Factions notified. Reeves spends his last evening writing a letter to Sandra, James, and Lily. The next morning, Reeves arrives in a suit, fifteen minutes early. Marcus reads the authorization aloud. Reeves says "I do" and walks five steps to the threshold.

The End Testament - Chapter 14: God Examines

Chen's 72-hour assessment confirms Reeves meets all Phase Six criteria. All factions defer to Marcus. Before he can sign the form, God arrives — appearing as the homeless woman Marcus barely noticed at the Cardelli murder scene three years ago.
