The Manor

The Architect service corridor fails, forcing Thomas back into the hospital's main hallways. He navigates Level 1 through flickering fluorescent light and organic floor slime, discovering patient records documenting decades of Harrow's experiments.

Thomas stops running in the forest, takes inventory and realizes the between-state is herding him away from the Heart. Pushes south through fog resistance into the hospital.

Thomas solves the guest house's supernatural loop (Architect test), discovers Harrow family photos, and finally recalls Sarah's full death. Pursued by zombies to a church, he encounters Father Michael — Harrow's first voluntary subject, conscious for 73 years.

Thomas navigates the corrupted forest after fleeing the graveyard. The trees lean inward along paths, cocoons containing still-living things hang from branches, and the property extends impossibly. He breaks from the pattern by stepping off the path and creating a defensible position.

Thomas discovers massive ancient tree with Architect vision revealing the site predates Harrow. Finds hidden compartment with Violet's toys and a dual-key safe.

The altar is destroyed, Harrow and Doctor dissolve, Thomas escapes the collapsing manor through crumbling stairs and corridors while the between-state unravels, Violet says goodbye, Thomas walks toward freedom.

Thomas and Harrow descend to Black Altar. Three trials: Perception (false exit illusion), Sacrifice (emotional armor surrender), and Altar Temptation (false Sarah). Thomas resists all three, Harrow sacrifices himself, Thomas strikes the altar.

Thomas discovers graveyard with 151 numbered graves. Finds his own carved initials proving he has looped before. Discovers Violet's grave and journal revealing Harrow's origin story. Harrow speaks, revealing this is Thomas's 4th iteration and providing intel on the Heart.

Thomas carries weight of mercy-killing David Chen as he explores first floor. Exits to garden, decides to stay and fight (motivated by David and Violet). Discovers Architect blue flowers, succumbs to pollen, wakes buried alive in coffin.
