Arthur and Niccolo arrive at hospital standoff. Arthur gives Officer Reeves a hold-fire directive that leads to Reeves's death when possessed civilians attack. Desiree fights a possessed civilian to protect a trapped cameraman, choosing danger over thirty years of hiding.

Epilogue: Bishop dead, children rescued by police. Arthur confronts Frieda about Vatican protectors who enabled Glasser - Cardinal who funded him, officials who buried complaints. Frieda confirms internal review likely means quiet reshuffling not accountability.

Jeremy performs seven demon summonings in the hospital basement, each ritual draining him further as his nose bleeds and hands shake. He finds Megyn struggling on the second floor, holding seven possessed vessels through sheer will, and steadies her with Father's fear-then-comfort manipulation.

Frieda and Abigail go to capture Curtis with Mikael. Curtis flees, Abigail intercepts him and experiences an overwhelming psychic connection revealing the network of Bishop's children and Jeremy's distant rage.
